Tricep Dips - Step by Step Guide to performing Tricep Dips Workout
Workout Time: 30 Seconds
STEP 1: Sit on a chair or bench with your hands on the front edge of the seat, facing forward. Keeping your feet flat on the floor in front of you, slide your bottom off the bench so your weight is transferred to your arms.
STEP 2: From here, inhale and lower, keeping your back close to the bench and stopping when your upper arms are parallel to the floor. Keep your elbows tucked in so they go back behind you or out to the sides. Return to the start position by straightening your arms. Do not hunch your shoulders, or lock out your elbows at the top.
Tip: Raise your legs off the floor- on a bench or another chair- to make this exercise harder.
