Press-Ups On Knees: 30 Seconds
Kneel on all fours, placing your hands directly under your shoulders. Lower your hips so that there is a straight line between your knees and your shoulders. This is your starting position.
Exhale, and bend your arms and lower your body until your chest is a couple of inches off the ground(you should be able to fit an imaginary fist between your chest and the floor). Keep your back straight and don't stick your bottom in the air. Breathe in, then press back up to the start position while breathing out. Keep your abs tight throughout the movement.
Tip: The further your knees are from your hands, the harder the exercise. As soon as you are strong enough, replace these with full press-ups.
