Bench Step-Ups - Step by Step Guide to Performing Bench Step Ups

Workout Time: 1 minute.

STEP 1: Stand facing the bench. Step up with your right foot, keeping your back straight, and placing your whole foot on the bench.

Tip: Think about pulling in your abs and curling tailbone under as you step up. Stand tall.

STEP 2: Step up with the left foot then step down, one foot at a time, right foot first. Use alternate legs to step up. If you are using stairs to do step-ups, it's fine to do two steps at a time.
