Pyramid Cardio

The speed that you move at any time depends on your level of fitness. If you need to powerwalk at the beginning and end of the pyramid, do! And if you need to sprint up a hill at the peak of your pyramid- go for it!

Tip: Don't get stuck in a rut! Vary your running routes so you don't impose mental limits on yourself (only expecting to go a certain distance in a cerain time).. This will help you progress even faster.

Workout Time: 20 minutes

Gradually increase the speed of your walk or running as follows:

  • 2½ minutes at level 5.
  • 2½ minutes at level 6.
  • 2½ minutes at level 7.
  • 2½ minutes at level 8.
  • 2½ minutes at level 9.
  • 2½ minutes at level 8.
  • 2½ minutes at level 7.
  • 2½ minutes at level 6.
