Advanced Ab Workout
Before we start performing ab workouts, lets do some warm up.
Warm-Up:
Time: 2 MinutesSkip for 1 minute, jumping with your feet together. Spend 1 minute doing some side bends and twists to encourage blood flow to the abdominal area.
The Circuit
Repeat the ab circuit (described in beginner ab workouts section) 4 times, with 1 minute's rest in between.
Abs: 20 Minutes
Do 4 x 5 minute ab circuits.
After you are finished with your Advanced Ab Workouts:
Cool-Down:
Time: 1 minuteGive your ab muscles some rest. Cool down for some time by skipping or jogging for one minute.
Stretch:
Time: 5 minutesDo the 5-minute full-body stretch.
